      <description>&lt;DIV&gt;Hello everyone&amp;nbsp;&lt;/DIV&gt;&lt;DIV&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;/DIV&gt;&lt;DIV&gt;So January 21 I ordered a s11 ultra tablet.&amp;nbsp;I was supposed to have picked it up Jan 27 at my local best buy.&amp;nbsp;Well that never happened.&amp;nbsp;I called Samsung and Best Buy every 2 days for over two weeks.&amp;nbsp;Neither company was taking responsibility for me never getting my tablet.&amp;nbsp;I kept getting the run around.&amp;nbsp;I have calls recorded guaranteeing&amp;nbsp;I would get my tablet and I never did.&amp;nbsp;Instead Samsung cancelled my order.&amp;nbsp;Now when I try and place the order it's $200 more than it was when I ordered initially.&amp;nbsp;Now I also have calls recorded saying that Samsung was going to match the original purchase price.&amp;nbsp;Whenever I reach out to chat they are telling me I have to place the order first then they will adjust the cost.&amp;nbsp;I am not going to do that because then I am agreeing to the new price.&amp;nbsp;I tried escalations, customer service, emailing corporate and even calling stores.&amp;nbsp;I have gotten nowhere.       <description>&lt;P&gt;That's already been taken care of.&amp;nbsp; I feel like samsung deceptively sold a product on their website knowing it wasn't in stock.&amp;nbsp; What I kept being told was that they didn't have any in the warehouse and they warehouse would fulfill the order.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>I feel your pain. Been there before with a company selling product and did so knowingly without having inventory and admitted later there was a backlog of backorders.</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Yeah I was constantly lied to and misled by samsungs "customer service " representatives repeatedly for over 2 weeks.&amp;nbsp; Each time I called I was on the phone at least 2-4 hours.&amp;nbsp; Given the same generic scripted responses.&amp;nbsp; Even my son said they sounded like talking printers.&amp;nbsp; Same response different agent&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;No it's not.&amp;nbsp; Ive always been a samsung supporter, but a few years I had switched to the fruit company.&amp;nbsp; Recently I switched back to Samsung, I have 4 phones and 4 watches.&amp;nbsp; I recently bought these&amp;nbsp; in October. I am already regretting my decision.&amp;nbsp; I am not too sure if they need to retrain their employees but I would be more than happy to provide that service for them. Lol.&amp;nbsp; The representatives are so scripted they sound like robots and do not care if they are misleading the customers.&amp;nbsp; Its actually rather appalling that they get away with it.&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
