Apparently Microsoft is not supporting my Slate 7 tablet with new upgrades because a secure boot support issue. I was told by MS that I needed to upgrade my BIOS but cannot find any newer than what I have.
I understand Samsung is probably not supporting the Slate tablet any further but was wondering if anyone has a work around to this issue???

thank you in advance

Actually, The Samsung Series 7 Slate (introduced around 2011-2012) is a 11.6-inch Windows tablet powered by Intel Core i5 processors, designed as a powerful hybrid device to compete with laptops. It featured 4GB of RAM, a 64GB/128GB SSD, a 1366 x 768 display, a Wacom digitizer pen, and ran Windows 7 (upgradable to Windows 8). Downloads are found here.

https://www.samsung.com/us/business/support/owners/product/series-7-xe700t1a/

Key Steps for BIOS Access & Secure Boot:

Accessing BIOS: With the device powered off, hold down the volume up and volume down buttons simultaneously, then press the power button to turn it on.Navigation: Use the volume buttons to navigate and the rotate/button on the side to select menu items.Disable/Enable Secure Boot: In the BIOS, go to "Advanced" or "Security" to change the Secure Boot state.Saving Changes: Navigate to "Save Changes and Reset" (often via the Exit menu) to apply settings.

Potential Issues:

Disabled Status: If you cannot access the BIOS, you might need to use a USB keyboard to press F2, though this is often not possible if the system is completely frozen.Secure Boot Violations: If the slate is failing to boot into Windows, disabling secure boot can resolve the Secure Boot Violation error.Windows 11 Constraints: Some reports suggest newer updates may have limited support for older Slates due to strict secure boot requirements.
