So now I'm very confused....my A9+ which I bought in April 2025, is NOT showing as "registered " but any attempts to register the device shows as "already registered". (My S-21 5G, which I've had for Y E A R S is only showing as registered in Nov. 2025!!!) Ao now I assume there is no possibility of a warranty solution.

BUT: If my A9+ isn't registered but is already registered - WAS I SCAMMED?
I would appreciate any info, thanks again.

1 year old A9+ 8GB RAM, 128GB storage, Wi-Fi only. Bought NEW on Amazon April 2025. It has been great but recently did a factory reset and now the diagnostics indicate battery failure! It seems to be just fine. All of my older Samsung devices still work and have never had battery issues with many generations of Samsung phones. Could the problem be a false read? If not, Is it still under warranty?
Thanks.

The Tab A9 series was released in October 2023. Your tablet was sitting in a warehouse for some time before you bought it. If the diagnostics indicate a battery issue, you should take it to a service center for further evaluation. Here's how to find one:

https://www.samsung.com/us/support/service/locations/

As for the warranty, the tablet would've been registered when you logged in to your Samsung account on the device. Go to settings and tap your Samsung account name/avatar. Scroll down to devices and tap your tablet. It will tell you the date it was registered.
