kg status stuck at checking 00 - no oem unlock option in developer settings

Hello,

KG status shows up as CHECKING(00) instead of complete - i had unlocked bootloader on this device a few months ago and was using a rooted device before upgrading to feb 14 firmware on tab s9 ultra wifi. I am uncertain of what the issue is and how I can solve this. Internet search tells me that KG status is something that samsung's servers control, and not me.. so I must wait for them to somehow fix this ? Are there any other options that I have?

Samsung has completely removed bootloader unlocking with One UI 8. Which build are you currently running?

BP2A.250605.031.A3.X910XXS6DZB6 is the build, I am on one ui8 so makes sense why I am unable to root my device... can't even flash oneui7 because I'm on bit version 6 and can't go to lower versions.

Yeah, bootloader unlocking is gone forever and you can't even downgrade to 7. Say goodbye to root

That is so unfortunate and unfair, can't do what I want with a device and hardware that I own. This is some stuff that Louis Rossmann should know about!
