Galaxy Tab S8+ (SM-X800) Only Charges When Powered Off

My Tab S8 Plus recently started refusing to charge while turned on. When powered on, it doesn't recognize any cable/wall adapter combo—no icons, no warnings, completely dead to input.

Here is what I've tried so far:

Adapters/Cables: Tried cheap low-wattage sets, official Samsung lower-wattage blocks + original cable, and a high-wattage block with a 5A/240V rated cable.

Software: Booted into Safe Mode to see if it charges while on (NOPE) and wiped the cache partition from the recovery menu.

Hardware: Thoroughly cleaned out the USB-C port.

The catch: It will charge when completely powered off, but it's not charging at full speed. It feels slightly faster than a 25W charger, but it definitely isn't hitting full 45W speeds (the charging bar doesn't turn all the way blue).

Has anyone run into this before? Is a hardware repair inevitable, or is there a software fix I've missed before trying a factory reset (which of course I really don't wanna do....)?

Here in the Members app in the Support tab is the Tablet Diagnostics where you will find a Cable Charging test. You need to run this test on your tablet and see what the results are. If it fails, you can also create feedback there in the Support area to Samsung tech support and see what their response is.
