2024 50 inch neo oled.

The remote that I have doesn't work had the tv for a week. The buttons kept getting stuck. How do I get that replaced the remote? It's still under warranty and the buttons. We'll stick under and stay down and and I can't do anything with the remote?

I would suggest contacting customer service and requesting a replacement remote.

Yeah, I contacted them with no luck. I tried to get a replacement remote right after I got the TV and they said, I filled out the wrong ticket even though I expressed on the ticket that I need a remote replacement, not TV service and now that my warranty has ran out, they won't do anything.

I was taking it as your tv was new and still under warranty as you mentioned. what’s the complete model number for the tv

Get a universal remote. I use a universal remote with the remote the TV came with so that I don't wear down the imprints on the buttons.

I've done that. They tried to send a repair technician to my home when all I needed was a remote. I canceled the technician, and it was like a week later. I tried to get back in touch with Samsung. My warranty had run out, and they would not replace the remote.

I have reviewed the remote's design and, frankly, I am disappointed with its substandard construction. Samsung should strive for improved quality.
