Hello,

I just installed my "The Frame" tv and notices small bubbles on the screen. I can't wipe them off with a micro fiber cloth. They are only noticeable when the tv is off. Is it a defect?

Thanks

Looks like bubbles caused by dust particles that get caught between a screen protector and the screen.

But I don't have a screen protector. Does the frame tv come with one? Because I checked and couldn't see a layer to be removed.

Found the problem.. It was my dog casually shaking right in front of the tv throwing spit over the screen. All the drops were dried dog spit. The cloth wasn't enough to get rid of them. I scratched them off carefully. All fixed now!
