    <description>I still love my Samsung everything. I like the easy integration with all products. As much as we have all gone through change this is a moderate annoyance that will be hopefully forgotten as we get used to it.&lt;BR /&gt;I would not want to have tvs that didn't have the same platform. That way what you do on one is auto done on the other. I have Samsung phones and three tvs.&lt;BR /&gt;Just my thoughts.</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Same here! I cannot download or even access the app search function! all I get are Samsung provided apps and Recommended! Parental controls are off... says "app controls" are not enabled... Its a Model UN65DU7200FXZA. I was trying to download the MLB(tv) app. and yes, the software is up to date... when I initially set up the tv in Dec, I added apps but it won't let me now!&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>I just posted the same issue of no apps "card" choice to the left of my installed apps. It was where I managed my apps and found new ones.</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I found out that there is a app choice at the top area. But just go to search on the left. Next you scroll to the bottom where the apps resulting from the search are listed. I found this by calling Samsung. I also expressed how awful and cumbersome this is now.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

I've been a Samsung fan for some time, and only recently have i become a bit disappointed. I have several appliances that have been nothing but trouble, and my Z Flip 5 had to be replaced after a year because it was just too fragile and Samsung's support was less than helpful. Now, I turn on my TV, and an update has mucked that up. TV's should just work, and most updates and "features" seem to benefit companies at the expense of customers, often working toward some unnecessary subscription. I will likely keep my phone and watch with Samsung, but I think I'd like to see what else is out there in the home electronics and appliance world. Samsung has not earned my loyalty.</description>

      <description>I agree about appliances. But I just couldn't pass up the bespoke french door fridge on super sale at Lowes last year. I am so hoping that they got tired of everyone bitching about their appliances and stepped up their game. I have a washer and dryer that came with the house five years ago. Almost afraid to say that they have been good and they were older when we moved in. The fridge we replaced was not at all good. The common ice maker problem.</description>

However...&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;This worked: I already had the SmartThings app set up and connected to my TV. It didn't (and still doesn't) show an app store or "Apps" icon. But I used the search bar up top (on the SmartThings app &amp;gt; my TV screen) to search for the app I wanted to install. In the results below, there were 3 sections: Top Results, Apps, and YouTube. I tapped the result in the app section on my phone and that loaded an install screen on my TV.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I don't expect any different from Samsung at this point. They really don't know how to make software.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Came here with the same problem.&amp;nbsp; Since the update, the APPS thumbnail disappeared from the home screen.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;If I go into the "Search" on the left column, and try searching for an app, I get movie and TV show results that are similar to the app, but no actual app results.&amp;nbsp; Furthermore, I can't troubleshoot an app (uninstalling and re-installing for example).&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I was trying to add the victory+ streaming app and it only gave me movies with Victory in the title (Stallone, Michael Caine, and Pele, together at last).&amp;nbsp; Scrolling down, the list result is a painting called Victory of Eros.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;This really sucks Samsung.&amp;nbsp; I wish there was a way to roll back to the previous non-broken version.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I *was* able to see apps results if I used the smart-things app on my phone, but there also isn't any kind of troubleshooting option, uninstalling and re-installing or any of that.&amp;nbsp; The Victory+ app worked once, and now is stuck on the loading screen.&amp;nbsp; I power cycled the TV and unplugged, etc, but it's still not working.&amp;nbsp; I was hoping to uninstall and re-install but of course that's not possible now.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

It looks at first like it for finding tv shows, but apps are also to be found there.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
