This is true but two features I've seen mentioned over and over by hundreds of users that they could easily integrated back into the updates that they just ignored.
Are gaming plugins that everybody love the most crosshair aim assist and dex for Windows.. but you're absolutely right I do agree with you but when you have hundreds of people asking for two things you would think you could slide those in..

What if Samsung actually listened to their customers? Imagine if they asked users what they wanted to see in future software updates and design changes, and then actually delivered. No more guessing games, no more features we don't need. Just pure, customer-centric innovation. Would you buy from a brand that truly puts you first? #Samsung #CustomerFirst #Innovation..

Can y'all imagine? Actually getting our favorite gaming features back.. or Dex for windows.

I wonder how hard it would be to be a company that actually cared and valued their customers.

And then they'd go out of their minds. Millions of users, millions of different feature requests. And, judging by some of the requests that come across this site, I think it's better that they don't. Can't please everyone, so you try to anticipate what would be useful to the masses, and there are many that are always disappointed. Users can always send feedback to the development team, and if they get a preponderance of the same request, they might decide to include the feature.

I don't game on my phone. Well, solitaire sometimes, but I wouldn't call that gaming. But I'm glad that I can, if I wanted to. Gaming? That's what my pc is for.

As for DEX. DEX was designed to replace your pc or laptop while away from the office, then connect to your office pc when you return. It wasn't originally created to supplement a Windows PC. Along comes the Link To Windows app and mission accomplished. It's a waste of time and resources for Samsung to continue to keep it going.

Going backwards is not innovation. We're not returning to a 3.5 mm jack or a micro SD card slot on a flagship phone either.

Perhaps they ignored them for a reason. A single phone can't have every possible feature that every single user desires. It would be a mess. No device is perfection for every user. Every user has to decide what features are important to them and then go find a device with those features. I'm pretty sure that gaming is not the primary focus of features that developers want to concentrate on when making a device many, many, many people use for business, or even just normal, everyday things. You want gaming, you use a computer where the processors are more robust and have a constant, stable source of power.

Once again, for those in the back. No device can have every feature that every user wants. Choose the device that has all or most of the features you want. if a feature you want is not included in a device or an update, there is usually a reason; whether it's feasibility of implementation or not enough user interest (via proper feedback channels), or because the development team didn't want to do it in favor of some other feature. You don't have to agree with the decisions, you have to go find something that meets your needs.
