Switch to Google Messages and turn on the RCS chats.&nbsp; &nbsp;Although, I have seen a couple of complaints about a recent update apparently disabling RCS on certain 20 series phones. Not sure if it's a fact or speculation, though.&nbsp;</P><P>&nbsp;</P><P>If that's the case, you must recognize that as phones age out, not all features will be available on the older phones that are available on the newer phones, mostly due to hardware limitations.
