If you are having trouble sending files via Bluetooth while connected on speaker with low volume, then we kindly ask you to submit beta feedback with screen recording of the issue.

1. Open Samsung Members.
2. Navigate to One UI Beta Program > Beta Feedback.
3. Attach any relevant screenshots or screen recording/video (if possible).
4. Ensure "Send system log data" is checked, then submit the report.

Important: Please submit the report within 3 minutes of reproducing the issue for accurate log data collection.

I have 65g of mp3 files I want to move them to my computer can't move more than 32g

Yeah I think 500 is the max on Bluetooth at a time to any Bluetooth device
