Bluetooth issue and Samsung Browser problem

Why is this here and how do I get rid of it. I've never programmed Bluetooth turn on ever. I just noticed this now though. I don't ever want my Bluetooth auto turning.

The other issue is, now when I close all tabs in the browser and then open a window the start page is no longer the web page that I set it to be (like how it used to work) now it defaults defaults to Google.com site. In order for the home page to come up have to hit the home button on the browser, why ? What's the point of setting a home page if that's not gonna be the default web page.

It must be in the routines app because I've never seen this in the menu before

It's disabled. Not active. It's just giving you the option to switch it back on tomorrow if you enable it.
For the browser, mine is working fine; I don't have this issue, but make sure your home page is under custom page in the settings.

You will see it when you turn off your Bluetooth.

Oh, I see, this must be a new feature or something but I mostly never go into Bluetooth settings

The Bluetooth item seems to be new with UI8. It is also on my Fold 7. It doesn't seem to be an issue, probably just a helpful setting.
