Samsung Internet extended menu

Why is the "Unblock Ads Temporarily" button no longer available in the vertical menu of the Samsung Internet browser? I am unable to edit/change any of the buttons in the extended vertical menu - only the main horizontal menu bar, and I prefer not to replace any of the functional buttons on that limited menu. Why is the vertical menu unable to be modified?

I know, but I stated in my post that I prefer not to change the more functional buttons on the horizontal toolbar.
