    <description>I just had my alarm on lowest sound setting when it should be loudest. Luckily I woke up because I had my watch on. I did do an update also afterwards.</description>

      <description>&lt;SPAN&gt;My alarms do not have any sounds, just vibration. My boyfriend is having the exact same issue, causing us to oversleep for work. We have our ringers on full blast. The song choices that coke stock on Samsung are saying "file not supported" so the songs aren't registering in the clock app for use? Even my downloaded sounds say the same. Please help.&lt;/SPAN&gt;</description>

      <description>Update the clock app and it should work, this is a known issue in the beta community</description>
