      <description>&lt;SPAN&gt;I was wondering if anyone else out there have a problem that when you advance to the next song my volume goes to zero so I gotta keep adjusting it.&lt;/SPAN&gt;</description>

      <description>No issues on spotify here, or with songs through the samsung app. If i run into that issue I will return to respond.</description>

&lt;P&gt;1. Open Samsung Members → One UI Beta Program → Beta Feedback.&lt;BR /&gt;2. Select Error reports and attach any relevant screenshots or screen recordings (if available).&lt;BR /&gt;3. Make sure “Send system log data” is enabled before submitting.&lt;/P&gt;
