&lt;P&gt;To help us investigate further, please submit an Error Report through the Samsung Members app immediately after reproducing the problem:&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;1. Open Samsung Members → One UI Beta Program → Beta Feedback.&lt;BR /&gt;2. Select Error reports and attach any relevant screenshots or screen recordings (if available).&lt;BR /&gt;3. Make sure “Send system log data” is enabled before submitting.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&lt;STRONG&gt;Important: For accurate log collection, please submit the report within 3 minutes of reproducing the issue and do not kill the task of the Samsung Members app until you receive notification that the error has been sent (about 5 minutes)&lt;/STRONG&gt;&lt;/P&gt;
