Beta feedback problems

Since the start of the beta (May 28th or so) I have sent in several problems I'm experiencing as feedback. The Members app acknowledges the feedback (I get the thanks for submitting.... your feedback will be used to improve....). but Samsung never replies to any of what I'm sending them. Quite a bit different behavior as compared to previous betas.

Here's where it gets even more unusual. Yesterday I began receiving replies to feedback I sent LAST YEAR during the OneUI7 beta.

Hopefully a moderator can look into this and get it fixed.

Google Play System Update, Android Auto wireless disconnection issues

Your replies are thoroughly analyzed by multiple teams, and we will get back with the feedback once the investigation is completed.

Google Play System update issue is due to the matter of beta software version.

Since the official release for One UI 8 is not available to the public other than Beta, official Google Play system update will be available once the official version is released.

I think they changed the way they have done it, and it seems better than before
