One UI 8 Beta Downgrade

Hi everyone,

I enrolled in the beta program and find myself wanting to revert to One UI 7 stable software. I have tried following instructions on the Samsung site to do so (i.e, using Smart Switch on PC), however, the downgrade button will not show up no matter what I do. Does anyone have any suggestions on how to get it to show up?

Yes unroll from the beta program than use smartswitch to roll back, BUT before you do backup your data as it will reset your phone if you do

After that you might need to contact a samsung mod with helps

I've already backed up my data and unenrolled from the program hours ago. Still no downgrade option when I plug the phone in. Only backup and restore 😕

As you can see here, I have the option to enroll in the beta, and there are no beta options in my members app but still no downgrade button in Smart Switch. 😞

Thanks for the suggestions! I've restarted the phone and PC multiple times, cleared the cache and data from the Smart Switch app on the phone, and performed a fresh install of Smart Switch on the PC using both the Samsung site download option and the Microsoft Store version. However, the downgrade prompt still does not appear.

Is your smartswitch on your PC up to date and all other apps updated on your phone? Auto blocker turned off

Everything is up to date, Auto Blocker is indeed off and I tried turning on USB Debugging in Developer Options to see if that would work but no avail, I'm stumped

I really appreciate all the research and suggestions! I have left it connected for almost an hour and still nothing 😕 I'll try again tomorrow, maybe a full 24 hours after unenrolling from the program will help

Man, that's a catch; they don't want you to leave Beta. BETA is a big update, a beautiful Beta, very beautiful and one of the greatest updates in years😊😊

I enrolled again just to verify once and for all that I was completely withdrawn, restarted the phone, reconnected and still no downgrade button 😕 Guess I'll wait and try again tomorrow!

Any word if you went back to android 15 or not?
