      <description>&lt;SPAN&gt;Hey there anyone has any work around under beta on how to stop crashing of Personal Data Intelligence. I have disabled it and keeps popping up despite that. I tried uninstall but doesn't allow so anything helps here.&lt;/SPAN&gt;</description>

      <description>How to resolve this issue is as belows:&lt;BR /&gt;- Uninstall updates from 'Personal data intelligence' app information page&lt;BR /&gt;. Go to Settings - Apps, and then turn on the 'Show system Apps' option, and search for 'Personal data intelligence'&lt;BR /&gt;. Run 'Uninstall updates' on the app information page (It is appeared when you updated only)</description>

      <description>I had the same problem and finally it prompted me to uninstall updates and in doing so the problem went away. Seems to be working fine again.</description>

&lt;P&gt;For those who are still encountering force closure issue with Personal Data Intelligence after the 3rd Beta update released today (Jun 30th), please submit your error report&amp;nbsp;through the Samsung Members app on your device immediately after the issue is reproduced:&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;1. Open Samsung Members.&lt;BR /&gt;2. Navigate to One UI Beta Program &amp;gt; Beta Feedback.&lt;BR /&gt;3. Attach any relevant screenshots or screen recording/video (if possible).&lt;BR /&gt;4. Ensure "Send system log data" is checked, then submit the report.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Important: Please submit the report within 3 minutes of reproducing the issue for accurate log data collection.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;We sincerely apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused and truly appreciate your contribution to improving the Beta experience.&lt;/P&gt;
