The only way to fix the bug concerning the failure to submit error reports is to uninstall the Members app and do a clean installation.

It is now working for me.

Last night I tired to do an error report and it wouldn't let me. Did the clear data and storage, no joy. Last resort is always uninstall reinstall

@ButtaBean_42 Funny as mine after 3 days of that prompt, it seemed to have resolved itself. Other odd part is that when it did resolve itself, on the beta function to open it, the red dot displayed as if a notification of some kind is there. When I did enter beta mode, the notification was that Beta 6 is available, but I explicitly remember clicking on that notice and it marked itself as read (no red dot & no longer highlighted in bright white text). I took screenshots last night before I went to sleep when I noticed it.

Edit, I jsut checked my Members app just to see if using the beta feedback funciton worked, and this now shows as 3 unread after reading the one leftover.

I just got an update to the members today, that broke error reporting again. 3 times I had to uninstall and reinstall to fix it.

U can uninstall the members app and reinstall without it messing anything up with getting back into the beta section?

I would say put in an error in the support section and explain that you can't do it in the Beta section.
