      <description>&lt;SPAN&gt;The only way to fix the bug concerning the failure to submit error reports is to uninstall the Members app and do a clean installation.&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;DIV&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/DIV&gt;&lt;DIV&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;It is now working for me.&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/DIV&gt;</description>

Other odd part is that when it did resolve itself, on the beta function to open it, the red dot displayed as if a notification of some kind is there. When I did enter beta mode, the notification was that Beta 6 is available, but I explicitly remember clicking on that notice and it marked itself as read (no red dot &amp;amp; no longer highlighted in bright white text).
