Latest Samsung Calculator Touchpad Effects

There are some who have reported that the latest update took away the glow effects of using the numbers pad in the Samsung calculator. Try toggling off the color palette in the Wallpaper and style in the settings app.. then check.

EDIT: the glow effect is also affected if a theme park created theme is applied (at least form my experiences).

Can confirm, glow effect is there only with Color Palette turned off.

It's not on and it still not glowing, My calculator actually downgraded back to the way it was before the glow effect update

Thanks for the tip. That fixed the issue, but I would not personally turn off color palette just to fix one particular issue.

I hope Samsung will send out an app update really soon to fix it.

This issue has been happening to 8.5 beta users since first mentioned a week after the Beta went public.

Is power saving toggled on? If so, try toggling it off. Also, if that does not work, any theme applied using Theme Park, unapply it, then try.

It only works without theme which really sucks cause I love it and I love my themes

I sent in this issue regarding both the color palette & using themes created in Theme Park. I suggest everyone do this as that draw more attention. It's annoying af.

Alright so I can also confirm that these effects do not work with a theme applied. However I removed my theme and said effects do work. I rather like my theme so I'm with others in hoping Samsung introduces a fix to this.

It's not working for me with it on or off
