Im running unlocked firmware and haven't received it yet. I think they only are allowing carrier model firmware to install the update but I've had issues that look to be fixed with this update so hopefully they remove the block here soon cause I'm tired of my phone re-springing the UI when I try to change media outputs

Then stop involving carriers for updates on unlocked phones. Neither Google nor Apple does it, so why do you do it?

Let carriers put their bloatwares Garbage in locked phone, but don't let them dictate anything on unlocked phones. There is a reason we buy unlocked phones and pay upfront more money.
