Anyone elses location services going nuts after 2nd beta?

My location is constantly being accessed...Looks like Google Play Services is the culprit. Upgraded Play services and wiped app cache but its still going nuts....It was fine before I upgraded.

11 apps (mostly system apps) got my location in the last 9 minutes, and the location icon is still showing. Also experiencing the same issue.

I turned location off just to save battery.....I may have to use routines just to manage it as I need location on while I'm driving...

Disabling Cross-device services under Google > All services fixed it for me. Not sure what changed since I did not have this issue with the first beta.

Just attempted that, didn't fix anything for me. Had to turn location off all together to save on battery. Where battery was lasting over a day with Beta 1, my battery only lasts half a day now. This needs to be a critical fix once found.
