Beta Update Reset Settings

I just updated to beta 2 and noticed it changed or reset several settings...

For example, my quick panel went from Separate to Together. My battery protection was turned off completely. I have no idea what else it changed..

Anyone else?

Battery protection was turned off for me but thats it. My quick panel is fine

I just keep finding more and more settings that were randomly changed. Like deep sleeping apps that haven't been used. I've had that off since release since I do it manually. All of a sudden it's back to being automated and notified me that it out like 30 apps into deep sleep...
