      <description>I can open it and make new ones but most of my routines I had set no longer exist anymore. For instance I had a special thing set up when I got a call from hubby so I wouldn't miss it. That no longer is available and a few others are gone now.</description>

&lt;P&gt;1. Open Samsung Members.&lt;BR /&gt;2. Navigate to One UI Beta Program &amp;gt; Beta Feedback.&lt;BR /&gt;3. Attach any relevant screenshots or screen recording/video (if possible).&lt;BR /&gt;4. Ensure "Send system log data" is checked, then submit the report.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Important: Please submit the report within 3 minutes of reproducing the issue for accurate log data collection.&lt;/P&gt;
