Getting error this app version not compatible with new operation. I have s23 ultra with Beta one ui 8

This happens with every update. You can always download the latest version from APKMirror and sideload it:

Certain Good Lock themes/apps are unavailable due to incompatibility of One UI OS version.

However, they will soon be available as we progress through official version.
