Green Light 🟢

Just downloaded the latest update and i will test everything out, my question is how do i turn off the green light? Even after i take off my Watch 5 the green light stays on. It has to be battery consuming if it's always on. What are the steps needed for it to only turn on when i manually want to check my heart rate?

It took me 3 real hours to figure out what in the world u were saying lol now I know. First go to settings then scroll down till you see Health and see heartrate and stress, both that does the green light then click on them and click 10 minutes or manually and do that again for the stress. Hope this helped.
