topic Watch 4 stuck on last beta in Questions

I know it's a longshot getting help here, but my Galaxy Watch 4 is still running the final One UI 5 beta build R870XXU1ZWG7. There have been two final builds of One UI 5 since then, but the watch is showing as up to date.

Is there anyone who can help fix this on Samsung's side, or an any suggestions for what I can do on my end to get updated to a release build?
