Hello,

I've got the beta update for the watch downloaded. However, I'm unable to access the beta apps listed in the beta post. Is this normal?

I tried downloading the wear and health aps first with no luck so I went ahead and installed the beta watch software. When completed, I was then able to access the beta Samsung Health app update but (so far) am continuing to get the same error you're getting.

It happens to me backwards I managed to download the plugin and the samsung health but the beta software does not download

I had the same issue and could download the health app, but not the Wear app. What worked for me was scrolling all the way down on the Health app, and selected "view beta apps" and then I was able to update the Wear app...hope this helps

Had the same issue . But when I connected my phone to Wi-Fi and not cellular it worked. Maybe try that
