Yup and I get one ui home keeps stopping. I've cleared the cache partition and I power cycle my phone and/or leave it off for awhile every day as well

I don't know if this will help you, but fixed the problem for me.

Turn off Remove Animations under Accessibility / Visual Enhancements

Yes when I swipe up from the bottom to clear recent apps its faulty

im having issues where the phone would just freeze on recent apps and just going on apps
