Anyone else unable to open apk?

Hello, I've been attempting to update the YouTube revanced manager, but everything I try to do so, it just immediately closes out and doesn't do anything. I deleted the app then decided to download it from the Revanced website, but I can't patch the apk (or whatever it is called), as when I do it just closes out on me again. Has anyone else encountered this?

My YouTube Vanced only plays from 1:04 to 1:10 of any video, then starts buffering.
