One of the best tips I have received for this beta test is:
1- power off the phone.

2- boot into Recovery (Vol up + power).

3- use volume keys and navigate to "wipe cache partition", then power button to select. Confirm.

4- navigate to reboot system.

Do NOT delete data/factory reset! Just clear the cache! It didn't make many bugs disappear, but it improved functionality for me.

Any improvement with network connections? I have been experiencing EXTREMELY POOR wifi connection ( more so than the problems I've always had with this phone). Dropping connection and even turning wi-fi off at random. Just very poor overall connectivity.

This happens automatically after each update. That's why you see app cache building after install. This is a good practice when you haven't got an update for awhile though.

I'm going to give this a try. I keep having problems with the beta downloading but it fails when trying to install it. It did the same thing with my watch and I even factory reset and it still wouldn't install. Any idea why my phone can download updates but can never install. It says to use smart switch on the computer but smart switch only gives me the option to revert back to one UI 5.1
