You can't it will come to your phone when it's ready and it's.not ready yet

The final version erases the beta and replaces it. Then you won't be able to get back to the beta community and tell us about life after death.

It's rolling out in the USA as we speak. You may already have it by the time you read this, though once installed you will be unable to interact within any beta discussions.
