Anyone else's Smart Switch App opening by itself in the middle of the night?

When I try to see what it did or why it's open, the app just keeps closing, until it's Fully Closed.

This is when I try to either open the app or hit "close all" to get it to work. Otherwise whenever I try to open it, it just keeps closing itself

Do you have a Galaxy Watch? If so, that's likely your watch backing up to your phone via Smart Switch.
