Screen rotation

Anyone having problems with screen rotation? Doesn't rotate on most apps. Especially on youtube, Google if it does go to landscape it stick does rotate back to portrait.

I'm sorry, have you checked the rotation mode button in your drop down menu?

I'm having the same issue. I clear the cache and it will work for a while but then starts doing it again.
