topic Ultra Low Light Video in Tips

Something niche I've thought about is a video option for ultra low light. In the Pro Video framerate options, there should be an option for a 1/4 shutter speed. This would lock the shutter speed at 1/4 sec and allow for video in very dark scenarios (such as outside at night in a rural area with few lights. The minimum of 1/30 just doesn't work well for these situations. I bring it up because I like astronomy and having a camera capable of videoing the night sky without costing 5k would be nice.
