I know! I talked with for hours trying to resolve it. One of them did the remote control service on my phone and started trying to get into my personal files. I talked with 5 different people and my phone service provider. Samsung says it's them and my service provider says it's Samsung. I am near the point of finding an alternative android phone. I have been with Samsung since my first phone. 8 years ago. Time to give up I guess.

One UI 6.0 Phone Stops Working

My phone just updated to One UI 6.0, I never signed up for the Beta. Ever since it updated, I can place a phone call, but as soon as I do I keep getting a notification that the phone app has stopped working, I can't hang up, I can't put it on speaker, I can't do anything. The screen just flashes black during the call. If someone calls me, I can't answer or reject the call, it just pops up saying the phone app has stopped working.

Does anyone know what's going on with this?

So I did the safe mode thingy, where you hold down the volume up and power bottom. I cleared the cache partition, and then hit "repair apps" which was at the bottom of the menu, and now everything is working fine.

Not sure if any of you use the secure folder or not, but try setting your secure folder up, then do the safe mode thingy.

I kept receiving a notification and for some reason it was under the secure folder, for the new "Enriched Call" feature. After I cleared the "Cache Partition" and then selected "Repair Apps" it fixed the issue for me.

Be careful in the Safe Mode thing cuz if you don't select the right option, you could factory reset your phone instead.
