    <description>If Smartswitch is opened, Dex won't work. Did you turn on Developer Options? If not, turn it on and activate USB debugging, then "Allow" on the phone when prompted. I just tested it and it's working. I can record a video to guide you, in case it would be useful.</description>

      <description>&lt;SPAN&gt;I plugged my zf5 to a standalone monitor via type c to type c cable and nothing happened. Checked all the settings and didn't see anything wrong. Is this a beta issue? Anybody else?&lt;/SPAN&gt;</description>

&lt;P&gt;Please check the suggestion by&amp;nbsp;&lt;a href="https://us.community.samsung.com/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/817043"&gt;@OBA&lt;/a&gt;&amp;nbsp;.&amp;nbsp; Once you connect a cable, there will be a pop-up on your device to "allow" the connection.&amp;nbsp; Please tap on "allow" for device to connect to Dex or SmartSwitch.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;If you have any further issues, please use the latest Samsung Members app to submit an error report.&lt;/P&gt;

      <description>If Link to Windows is ON, Dex will not work. Mine is working perfectly, currently writing this via DEX, and on the 4rd update to the Beta app.</description>
