Apparently not I know I can't download it even though it says I'm eligible for it and I updated the other portions The watch will not update

It can. But for some reason Samsung has not sent the beta update out for Bluetooth Ultras yet

There are no bluetooths ultras only, all ultras are lte. You just did not activate mobile plan.

unlocked are not allowed into the beta as of now only T-Mobile LTE device, tells you that when you register and Bluetooth watch7 the other eligible model

apparently from what I've heard there is a difference because apparently the unlocked ones or factory bought one some of them do only have Bluetooth only, just like the watch7.... I have a T-Mobile device I got the s25 Plus and ultra when upgrading both are in beta and both have run so much smoother since

All of them have bluetooth no mater if you have capabilities to connect to lte or not. But all ultras are lte capable. There are no bluetooth only ultras. Also all ultras are factory unlocked, you can use them on any mobile network, even once you purchase from at&t, Verizon or t-mobile. They are no carriers lock samsung watch ultras.

im well aware but unfortunately unless you're registered and running a T-Mobile one currently you aren't getting on the beta, my girlfriend has the Samsung bought ultra and I got the T-Mobile but ultra and mine is the only one that prompted for the beta and allowed me to register but of course they all have bluetooth capability and all that but I'm not talking about just in the US, my buddy in Canada has an ultra and it only has the Bluetooth it's not a carrier LTE version and that one specific I guess to Canada but each country does have its differences and that's why I certain ones are allowed and others are but I'm not too worried if I'm not allowed to beta I'm not allowed into it I just wait and sideload

Mine is unlocked from Samsung and I was able to download after I added service with TMo.

Thank you for participating in the One UI Watch Beta program.

We’ve noticed several inquiries regarding not receiving the Beta software update. Please note the following important eligibility criteria:

LTE Models (Watch with Mobile Network)
To receive the Beta update, your Watch must have an active T-Mobile data plan.
If the SIM is not activated or the device is not currently using T-Mobile’s mobile network, the software update will not be delivered.

Bluetooth (Watch BT models, not just BT paired with Phone) Models
Bluetooth-only models are not affected and will receive the Beta software update as usual. No SIM or mobile plan is required.

If you’ve enrolled in the Beta but haven’t received the update yet, please ensure your Watch meets the conditions above.
