If you have the galaxy watch ultra. Samsung is saying that you have to have it on an active plan. The watch 7 Bluetooth models get the software update. But some people were able to get the ultra beta update without a tmobile plan.

I have the Ultra on T-Mobile. Says there is a download but then screen comes back saying I'm on latest version. Yes, joined beta but still no update.

I have the watch 7 ultra, but it's not on a tmobile plan, so that might be the reason, Samsung should have let everyone know that in advance....hopefully they make it available for those not on any plans for any carriers

that's not the same thing the watch 7 no matter what model if you read the login just has to be the Bluetooth version, the Samsung Galaxy ultra watch you must be with T-Mobile as that would make it an LTE device and it needs to be on an active plan that is what people are having issues understanding, there's people going around taking/using an active T-Mobile plan from someone just to get it added to the device and once they do that they can download the beta and then delete the plan back off

possible that all the slots filled up you never know but I have to say that when I join the beta almost immediately literally 10 minutes after it was open I too for the first 24 hours did not have a beta I was told up to date but then following morning I went and clicked on it to check and there it was so some devices are delaying while others are getting it it's hit or miss

Thank you for participating in the One UI Watch Beta program.

We’ve noticed several inquiries regarding not receiving the Beta software update. Please note the following important eligibility criteria:

LTE Models (Watch with Mobile Network)
To receive the Beta update, your Watch must have an active T-Mobile data plan.
If the SIM is not activated or the device is not currently using T-Mobile’s mobile network, the software update will not be delivered.

Bluetooth (Watch BT models, not just BT paired with Phone) Models
Bluetooth-only models are not affected and will receive the Beta software update as usual. No SIM or mobile plan is required.

If you’ve enrolled in the Beta but haven’t received the update yet, please ensure your Watch meets the conditions above.
