&lt;P&gt;To assist us in resolving this issue, we kindly ask you to submit an error report through the Samsung Members app on your device immediately after the issue is reproduced:&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;1. Open Samsung Members.&amp;gt; Navigate to One UI Beta Program &amp;gt; Beta Feedback.&lt;BR /&gt;2. Attach any relevant screenshots or screen recording/video (if possible).&lt;BR /&gt;3. Ensure "Send system log data" is checked, then submit the report.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Important: Please submit the report within 3 minutes of reproducing the issue for accurate log data collection.&lt;/P&gt;

      <description>&lt;SPAN&gt;Has anyone had there screen go black and no way to get watch face back except rebooting the watch?. I have always on display turned on.&lt;/SPAN&gt;</description>

      <description>Yup. I reported it. I am able to get it back by pressing and holding on the black screen and selecting a different watch face. Then I do the same thing again to put the other watch face back on. Quicker than restarting it.</description>

      <description>This doesn't seem to happen if I change to a default watch faces. I've tried my other purchased faces and it always goes black eventually.</description>
