Why are the new Galaxy Watch Ultra faces not in the beta? Isn't the GWU running the same One UI 6 Watch software?

Because the new watches faces are always initially exclusive to the new model till a later time.

Hello @userAV8fwDY2Oe,

As @Chef31684 mentioned, Watch 7 Ultra faces are exclusive to this model even though it has the same One UI as Watch4/5/6 due to both hardware/software capabilities. New watch faces will eventually integrate into previous models in the future.

Correct, red night mode is specific to Watch Ultra.
