Does anyone know how to let samsung know issues about one ui 6? If so, can someone share the link?

In app at bottom goto support on right and has submit feedback on the website I think it's on top section

You may submit your error report through the Samsung Members or Galaxy Wearable app on your device:

Galaxy Wearable Beta app> Search for "Contact us" > Error reports (Screenshot would be more helpful)

Note: To ensure relevant log information is included in the error report, submit the report within 3 minutes of encountering the bug or error, and do not terminate (swipe away) the Samsung Members application until you are notified that the report has been sent. This can take up to 5 minutes.
