(Moved) How do I bring back the notification icons in the Quick Panel/Notification Shade?

This is a repost of this post, as I originally posted it in the wrong section

So I got upgraded from a Note 20 Ultra to a Z Fold 6 a couple months ago and I've just noticed that in the notifications area in the Quick Panel, the icons at the bottom to show that there are more notifications below are gone. Was this intentional? And if so, why was this changed and can I get them back?

Certainly. It would probably help, hadn't I completely forgotten to add them to the post

The first image here is the original image, what it currently looks like as an example. There are notifications from Gmail, Samsung Account (since I logged into this website with my Samsung account), and a screenshot taken before this one

The second image below is the same image, but edited to show what would've been there

The mockup icons are crossed out to show they they aren't there

As per the new OS conceptual design, Notification panel is more simplified on One UI 6.1.1.

Are the notification icons being missing an intentional choice for the Fold 6? I asked some friends on Discord who have the same OS version on different models and they can see the icons in their Quick Panel. I mainly ask because I have the muscle memory to use the icons to find a notification from a specific app.
