      <description>When I click on beta feedback it tells me there is a software available for my watch and when I press download there n is nothing. I signed up hours ago for the beta but nothing has happened.&amp;nbsp;&lt;DIV&gt;K managed to update the watch 7 manager and health app&amp;nbsp;&lt;/DIV&gt;</description>

&lt;P&gt;Thank you for participating in the One UI Watch Beta program.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;We’ve noticed several inquiries regarding not receiving the Beta software update. Please note the following important eligibility criteria:&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;LTE Models (Watch with Mobile Network)&lt;BR /&gt;To receive the Beta update, your Watch must have an active T-Mobile data plan.&lt;BR /&gt;If the SIM is not activated or the device is not currently using T-Mobile’s mobile network, the software update will not be delivered.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Bluetooth (Watch BT models, not just BT paired with Phone) Models&lt;BR /&gt;Bluetooth-only models are not affected and will receive the Beta software update as usual. No SIM or mobile plan is required.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;If you’ve enrolled in the Beta but haven’t received the update yet, please ensure your Watch meets the conditions above.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;We appreciate your feedback and participation.&lt;/P&gt;
