If you notice it says October 18th in the title. They posted this on the 17th. So it probably wasn't live yet because you checked too early.

What's the rush after they stop the beta's you won't get monthly security updates as frequently. Just enjoy the ride.

Then it depends on region but you should have it a day or two after announcing. You should have it now.

Galaxy Watch 6 Series last update was in April, lol. Quarterly is usually every 2 to 3 months
