I have been getting " video effect running" notification sporadically primarily when first unlocking the phone. Can't manage the notification and not sure what it's telling me

I think all phones have this issue I have it too no idea what it's about

Same here after download it went to video call when my husband called but couldn't connect. Tried calling him normally but wouldn't call out. Went to settings and selected my carrier and then it called out. The video effect in background message was there I went to battery management and found it there put it to sleep and haven't had the issue since.

I figured out how to turn it off in settings
