I'm not sure what 'Bluetooth screen' means. From the quick panel, I toggled the Bluetooth toggle off and on as fast as I could, and it's working fine. I open up Bluetooth settings by tapping and holding on the toggle. Once there, I turned it off/on as fast as I could, with no issues.

If you hold down on the Bluetooth button in the quick panel is opens a screen that's what I meant. The new update I just got appears to fix the bug 👏
