Unable to Join One UI 8 Beta on Galaxy Z Fold6 (Unlocked, Paid Off)

I purchased a factory-unlocked Galaxy Z Fold6 directly from Samsung (device is fully paid off and not carrier locked). I see the One UI 8 Z Fold6 Beta banner in the Samsung Members app and the Join button appears. However, when I click Join, I only get the following popup message and the registration does not proceed:

> "This Beta test supports unlocked devices only. If you have any questions or problems related to the Beta Program, contact us at Samsung Members > Support > Quick help > Send feedback."

Since my device is already unlocked and meets the requirements, I’m not sure why the enrollment is not working.

Has anyone else faced this issue with the Z Fold6? Is this a regional limitation, or are the beta slots currently full? Any guidance from Samsung or other members would be appreciated.

Unfortunately carrier unlocked doesn't equal buying one outright because the model numbers don't match.
