    <description>&lt;SPAN&gt;I have purchased many Samsung items and registered them to my account. They are not cheap. I have a refrigerator, 70 TV multiple phones a sound system even a microwave. But to my disappointment by Samsung.&amp;nbsp;The only thing I have been offered is a coupon that even the average person gets without even making a purchase will receive.&amp;nbsp;Thanks a lot I am soo happy that my customer loyalty has been shown such appreciation by your generosity of supplying me with abundance of useless invitations to spend even more of my money. I am sad to say that it looks like IOS now reads to me imagine the other side. Because that looks like the only option that will lead me to a company that will reward it's customer's and not just waive other items in their faces asking to buy more and more. IOS bound.       <description>I don't really care. I really felt the desire to express my opinion and frustration for my situation. I just used them as an example instead of listing every single company that may reward their customers. But keep waiving that Samsung flag for them. Maybe they'll issue some pom poms later with their logo. Lo,l sorry bout that, but sometimes you just have to accept the message that is being expressed, not disect it and pick at every detail.</description>

      <description>Sounds like you are mostly just wanting to vent, but just in case this is helpful...&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;Samsung rewards apply only to products purchased directly through the Samsung website. If you purchased a Samsung item through a third-party retailer, to my knowledge, you cannot receive rewards from those purchases.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;I hope you find a company with a rewards program that fits your needs, even if that isn't Samsung.       <description>&lt;P&gt;Did you purchase all your items directly from Samsung?&amp;nbsp; That is the only way you would get reward points for purchases.&amp;nbsp; You do not get points for buying elsewhere and simply registering your devices to your account. I don't believe that other companies even do that much.&amp;nbsp; Welcome to reality.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>Samsung gives awesome discounts and trade-in values that cannot be compared to vendor offerings. The support that you receive from Samsung is way better than what standard communication companies provide (ie, T-Mobile, Verizon, etc).&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;I really do not find any advantage to seeking out discounts, hardware, and support from any other vendor than Samsung.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;If you want to give your money to another vendor, then you are doing this with the knowledge that you can do a lot more with Samsung. So.... hmmmm, let's see, the decision of choice is yours.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;Yes, I'm a Sammy man and very proud of it. No business is perfect but Samsung has outshone all others with the service and technology they provide their customers. I was an Apple fanboy for many years before I changed to Samsung.       <description>In my past experience. I would be acknowledged a lot differently. With rewards that were actually useful for me. I see now that things have changed. I can't speak for everyone. My experience has not been for the better, and the amount of time, effort, and money it can require to create a fully fluent smart home and utilizing only Samsung items can be costly and very time consuming if you want to achieve the best user experience the fits your lifestyle. That's why it is a good business tactic to reward those individuals who consistently provide proof that they are actively working on the types of projects that I have and am currently achieving. Any customer of this caliber should be rewarded and appreciated for their loyalty and dedication. Also, the beginning post was partially me venting and also to find out others' opinions and input. To see if others have shared the same experience as me.</description>

      <description>Name one thing that I allegedly asked for? I didn't and really shouldn't have to ask. And if you haven't ever had any history of business showing you appreciation in any form yourself. You may not have made much of any impact in the means by either what or how much you had purchased. Sometimes, you have to bring it to their attention by communicating with the company you are doing business and registering your products as I have done. These two screenshots that had shared are less than a tenth of what I have actually purchased and just as an example. Without having to mention, there are companies that will go above and beyond my present experience. I am currently having. But thanks for your input. I found it interesting.</description>
